Translation
“Words travel worlds. Translators do the driving”.- Anna Rusconi
Translation is a transfer of value equivalent to the source text by means of another language. Translation makes two different people to come at the same level of communication. Shan International offers more than 1800 language pairs, which work exclusively as native speakers. We translate the text from the original language to the target language, sentence by sentence and word by word without forgetting the emotion of the sentence.
Literature made translation possible and so this makes the translator, learned people who don’t have just the knowledge of the source language but also excel in it. A translator should have an enrich knowledge of vocabulary and also learns in his course of job. In other words, “translators have long formed the language in which no translation can be done”.
As per the current requirement of today's business formalities, translation work has become more mechanized. In connection with complexity of the translation process in the 1940s, engineers began to develop methods of automatic translation (machine) or automatic aid man (translation program). The emergence and development of the Internet contributed to the growth of the world market of translation services and facilitate the localization process.
We at Shan have a team of translators whom we can vouch at and form the pillar of strength in our translation business.
I wondered what the strength column meant in the price list for a long time. The strength section in the price list is very helpful while estimating the delivery time and an honest explanation that Shan can't be good in all the languages.
Sometime I think how it is possible to get all the desired language pairs at single doorstep. As long as I am getting the rarest of rare language pair job done, who cares? Cheerssss
